Pepoderma

Policy

Pepoderma supplies cosmetic brand programmes only.

Pepoderma supplies raw cosmetic-grade peptide actives — INCI-documented, formulation-stable, dose-optimised — to brand programmes that incorporate them into finished cosmetic products under their own brand and notification framework. The catalogue, sampling programme, and inquiry workflows are reserved for:

Who we do not serve

Pepoderma does not sell to individuals, retail consumers, online resellers without a verifiable brand programme, gyms, or any buyer who cannot present an active brand or cosmetic-OEM registration when requested. Pepoderma peptide actives are not finished cosmetic products and are not labelled, packaged, or QC-released as finished consumer goods.

How qualification works

  1. Inquiries flag the buyer's brand-programme role on submission (Indie Brand Founder / Cosmetic Formulator / Med-Aesthetic OEM / Contract Manufacturer / K-Beauty / J-Beauty / EU Beauty House).
  2. The atelier reviews each inquiry against the buyer's public brand or company registration before first quotation. Indie founders pre-launch can provide a brief launch plan + INCI line-up in lieu of a public registration.
  3. The inquiry form requires the buyer to acknowledge that the inquiry is for a cosmetic brand programme — not for individual or retail use — and that brand registration, finished-product safety substantiation, and cosmetic notification (CPNP for the EU, equivalents elsewhere) remain the buyer's responsibility.
  4. For first-time commercial relationships, Pepoderma may request additional buyer-qualification documentation (brand-name confirmation, formulation-stage scope, anticipated launch markets) at our discretion before bulk shipment.
  5. Buyers that cannot be verified are removed from the sample programme without further response.

Why we are particular

Cosmetic peptide actives reach skin through finished products formulated by brands that understand carrier selection, preservative compatibility, and stability frameworks. Selling raw actives outside that framework — into channels that don't formulate, don't notify, and don't carry the brand- registration responsibility — is the most common failure mode in the cosmetic-active supply industry. Pepoderma sells into brand programmes that own the finished-product side of the chain.
