Research topic
PTD-DBM, the designed peptide that keeps CXXC5 off Dishevelled, with the copper tripeptides GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu — in sealed vials, ten per kit.
Hair-follicle research on this site follows two lines. PTD-DBM was designed to stop the protein CXXC5 from binding Dishevelled, a step in Wnt/β-catenin signalling, and its papers study that pathway in mouse hair follicles, in skin wounds and in human dermal papilla cells. The copper tripeptides come from the skin topic; one study in our product data examined a tripeptide–copper complex on human hair follicles in vitro.
All three products are stocked with catalogue codes and a batch COA for every lot. GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu keep their pages under skin and ageing and are listed here as well, so that a hair-research order can be put together in one place.
PTD-DBM, a designed peptide that blocks the binding of CXXC5 to Dishevelled in Wnt/β-catenin signalling; the copper tripeptides of the skin topic are listed with it on the hair page.
Grouped by the papers cited on its page, which study the peptide in hair-follicle and skin-wound models.
Their own pages sit in another topic; they are shown here so that one order can cover this topic.
The studies recorded in our product data for the products of this topic (checked 2026-10-09): who led the study or which trial it was, the year, the journal and what was examined. They show what has been researched with each molecule, not results for the vials we supply.

Every lot of a stocked product has its own batch COA. Ask for the COA of the batch you are quoted before you order: the lot number on it is the lot we ship.
What the COA reportsPTD-DBM, GHK-Cu, AHK-Cu — each with catalogue codes, kits of 10 vials from 1 kit, and a batch COA for every lot.
PTD-DBM, which forms its own group here, and GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu, the copper tripeptides of the skin topic.
Twenty-five residues in three parts: eight arginines, four glycines and a 13-residue Dishevelled-binding motif. Both cysteines are free thiols in the material we supply.
Because buyers who research hair follicles ask for them. The study in our product data on this point, Pyo and colleagues (2007), used a tripeptide–copper complex on human hair follicles in vitro.
