Pepoderma ("Pepoderma", "we", "us") is a cosmetic-peptide atelier in Shanghai, China that supplies INCI-documented cosmetic-grade actives to the beauty trade. This notice explains, in plain terms, what we do with the information you share when you browse pepoderma.com or send us a sourcing inquiry.
Our visitors are professionals, not consumers — indie beauty brand founders, cosmetic formulators and R&D chemists, med-aesthetic OEMs, cosmetic contract manufacturers, and K-Beauty / J-Beauty / EU beauty houses. The data we handle is correspondingly narrow: business-contact details and the formulation brief you choose to disclose.
We aim to meet the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the UK GDPR, the China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and comparable rules in the markets we ship to. For GDPR we are the data controller of what you submit here; for PIPL we are the personal-information handler.
