By using the site you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18, (b) you act in a commercial or research capacity for one of the categories above, and (c) you hold every licence, permit, and authorization your jurisdiction requires to receive, handle, and use the cosmetic actives you ask about. The site is not aimed at consumers or patients, and we do not sell for personal use.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to pepoderma.com and any successor site Pepoderma ("Pepoderma", "we", "us") operates. Using the site means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and "you" then means both you and that organization.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the site.
Everything listed here is supplied as a cosmetic-grade peptide active — a raw INCI-listed ingredient for you to incorporate into a finished cosmetic product, in line with the destination market's cosmetic-regulation framework — unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Pepoderma provides the active and its lot-data packet; we manufacture cosmetic raw materials under ISO 22716-aligned good manufacturing practice for cosmetics.

At our sole discretion we may decline orders we believe conflict with applicable cosmetic regulation, sanctions, export controls, or our internal compliance policy, and we may ask for further documentation (licences, end-use statements) before we proceed.
We work to keep specifications, CAS numbers, INCI names, regulatory notes, lead times, and supporting documents accurate and current. Even so, everything on the site is general information and can change without notice.
Binding commercial terms — price, minimum order, lead time, payment, packaging, labelling, and any regulatory representation — are fixed only in a written quotation and the matching order or invoice. The batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the authoritative record of identity, purity, and quality.
We may correct errors or omissions, including pricing and product detail, even after you submit an inquiry, and may refuse or cancel orders placed on erroneous information.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC ACTIVES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE IT, OR (B) USD 100.
These limits do not apply to damage caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pepoderma and its affiliates against any third-party claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your breach of any law or regulation, (c) your downstream use of any active — including resale, formulation, or finished-product sale, or (d) any misrepresentation of your eligibility as a trade buyer.
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control — natural disasters; acts of government; war, terrorism, or civil unrest; epidemic or pandemic; cyber attack; utility failure; customs holds, embargoes, sanctions, or other trade-control actions; carrier delays; raw-material shortages; or labour disputes. Affected obligations pause for the duration of the event.
We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms or the law. Provisions that should survive by their nature — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law — continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the site will be settled by binding arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in Shanghai, in English, before a single arbitrator. The award is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Either party may still seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
For a specific signed agreement (master supply, OEM, or custom synthesis), the dispute-resolution clause in that agreement prevails over this section to the extent of any conflict.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect. These Terms, with our Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice and any signed commercial agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Pepoderma about the site and supersede prior communications.
We may revise these Terms; the revised version takes effect on the effective date posted above, and continued use after that date means acceptance. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice on the site.
