Body protection compound 157: a linear peptide of fifteen residues
Research topic: Skin & ageing · group: BPC-157 and thymosin β4 peptides
BPC-157, short for body protection compound 157, is a linear peptide of fifteen residues, GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, with no cysteine and no modified residue. The CAS, formula and mass in the fact table belong to the neutral free peptide; the acetate is registered as a separate form with numbers of its own. On pepoderma BPC-157 opens the group of BPC-157 and thymosin β4 peptides in the skin and ageing topic, beside full-length thymosin β4 (TB-500), the 17–23 fragment and three ready-made blends of the two. The studies in our product data used tendon fibroblasts taken from rats, a rat ligament injury model, pharmacokinetic and toxicology work in rats and dogs, and a systematic review of the orthopaedic literature.
Besides the vials, BPC-157 is bottled as a nasal spray, held in stock in the United States and shipped from there.

BPC-157 is also kept in capsule form in our United States stock.
The COA of every lot of BPC-157 reports:

What to put in your quote request
With these facts the first reply can carry the unit price per kit, shipping and lead time.
To the neutral free peptide. BPC-157 acetate is registered separately, with its own CAS, formula and mass. The COA of each lot reports HPLC purity and MS identity for what was made.
Not by sequence: BPC-157 is not a thymosin and shares no stretch of residues with thymosin β4. The two sit in one group on this site, and three blends hold both in a single vial.
One kit is 10 vials of the same product at the same strength. Each vial holds the stated amount, for example 10 mg of lyophilized peptide; the few solutions are stated per vial in mg or ml. 1 kit per product and strength. One order can combine several products and strengths, each from 1 kit.
HPLC purity, MS identity, endotoxin and fill, on the COA of every lot of a stocked peptide. The COA carries the lot number, so you can match it to the vials you receive. Yes. Ask for the COA of the batch you are quoted; the batch number on that COA is the batch we ship.
In writing, per request. Prices are tiered by the number of kits of each peptide and strength; the quotation gives the unit price per kit, the shipping cost and the lead time. We reply within 24 hours.
Because listings describe different forms: a free peptide or a salt (acetate, TFA), a copper complex or its free peptide, one peptide or a two-peptide material — and some registries keep older numbers. Each product page says which form its values refer to; the COA of the lot is the reference. For BPC-157: The acetate salt of BPC-157 is registered under a different CAS; the number shown is that of the free peptide.
