Tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) amide, also called modified GRF (1-29)
Research topic: Body & metabolism · group: GH-axis peptides
CJC-1295 without DAC, often called modified GRF (1-29), is a 29-residue amide built on the N-terminal fragment of human GHRH with four residues changed: D-alanine at position 2, glutamine at 8, alanine at 15 and leucine at 27. It lacks the extra lysine and maleimidopropionyl group of CJC-1295 with DAC, so the two have different formulas, masses and CAS numbers, and data on one do not describe the other. Next to sermorelin, the unchanged GHRH(1-29) amide, it belongs to the GH-axis group of our body-composition and metabolic page, and it is half of the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend. Our product data list it in analytical work: doping-control methods and the identification of glycine-modified variants in seized material.
Besides the vials, CJC-1295 without DAC is bottled as a nasal spray, held in stock in the United States and shipped from there.

What to put in your quote request
With these facts the first reply can carry the unit price per kit, shipping and lead time.
Yes. Modified GRF (1-29), Mod GRF 1-29 and tetrasubstituted GRF(1-29)-NH2 are names for this peptide. CJC-1295 with DAC is a different molecule with its own page.
Both are 29-residue amides from the start of human GHRH. Sermorelin keeps the natural sequence; CJC-1295 without DAC has four substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27).
The one in the fact table, that of the free peptide. A number found in some older listings has been deleted from the registry, and the CAS of the DAC form belongs to the other product.
One kit is 10 vials of the same product at the same strength. Each vial holds the stated amount, for example 10 mg of lyophilized peptide; the few solutions are stated per vial in mg or ml. 1 kit per product and strength. One order can combine several products and strengths, each from 1 kit.
HPLC purity, MS identity, endotoxin and fill, on the COA of every lot of a stocked peptide. The COA carries the lot number, so you can match it to the vials you receive. Yes. Ask for the COA of the batch you are quoted; the batch number on that COA is the batch we ship.
In writing, per request. Prices are tiered by the number of kits of each peptide and strength; the quotation gives the unit price per kit, the shipping cost and the lead time. We reply within 24 hours.
Because listings describe different forms: a free peptide or a salt (acetate, TFA), a copper complex or its free peptide, one peptide or a two-peptide material — and some registries keep older numbers. Each product page says which form its values refer to; the COA of the lot is the reference. For CJC-1295 without DAC: CAS 863288-34-0, given in some listings, is a deleted number; CAS 446262-90-4 belongs to CJC-1295 with DAC.
