Sermorelin is the amidated 29-residue N-terminal fragment of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone, YADAIFTNSYRKVLGQLSARKLLQDIMSR-NH2, with no substitutions. That makes it the reference point of the GH-axis group on our body-composition and metabolic page: CJC-1295 changes four of these residues, and tesamorelin uses the full 44-residue hormone with an added acyl group.
