In each GLOW vial three peptides are dried together into one blue to blue-green powder: GHK-Cu, the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine; BPC-157; and TB-500, which on this site means full-length thymosin β4 of 43 residues. The colour comes from the copper, and only GHK-Cu carries it. Within the skin and ageing topic GLOW leads the copper-blends group; KLOW adds a fourth peptide, KPV, and a third blend holds the same three peptides at 35, 10 and 5 mg. Each component has its own page and fact table, while the mixture itself has no single CAS or mass.
