KLOW combines the three peptides of GLOW with a fourth, KPV. Per 80 mg vial the label claim is GHK-Cu 50 mg, with BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV at 10 mg apiece, all freeze-dried into a single blue to blue-green powder. TB-500 in this blend is full-length thymosin β4, the 43-residue chain. Only GHK-Cu contains copper; KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) has none, and like GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and full-length thymosin β4 it has a page of its own here. KLOW is part of the copper-blends group of the skin and ageing topic. The studies in our product data examined single components only: GHK-Cu in rat wound models, BPC-157 in a rat bowel model, thymosin β4 in mouse skin wounds and KPV in intestinal cells and mice. None used the blend.
